Bout Miss Fowler
Miss Fowler left set up a number of charities in Melksham during her life time, she was a Quaker, and went to a number of church's in this area travelling pony and trap. She purchased some land to the side and rear of the church many years ago on which a “Care Takers Cottage” and a “Sunday School” was built on the land, that is why it carries her name.
